MADMED IS FREE AND COMMITTED. OUR WINES COULD VULGARLY BE CALLED “TRADE” WINES.

WE USE NO CHEMICALS AND WE RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT.

MADMED is a famous mixture between tradition and modernity.

TRADITION

MADMED refuses the use of chemical products, uses the indigenous yeasts produced by the grapes and a tiny bit of sulfur if not no sulfur at all to obtain a wine called “natural”.

MODERNITY

By choosing a new container more ecological than the bottle, the can brings modernity.

HARRY & MAX

HARRY

Became owner in 2016 of Domaine de la Mongestine in Artigues en Provence, after a career as an entrepreneur in the technology sector. His “talent” lies in the initiation, organization and development of new and innovative projects. His concern for rigor and his will has led him to raise the Domaine de la Mongestine as one of the pillars of the biodynamic and natural wine domains of Provence.

MAX

French winemaker for 25 years, passionate about natural wines, and consultant since 2016 for the Domaine de la Mongestine. His knowledge of the profession allows him to make natural wines on the Provencal terroir. His “free electron” spirit takes him where the codes stop.

A NEW APPROACH TO WINE CONSUMPTION

The creation of MadMed came from the desire to change our approach to wine consumption in France: a moderated consumption, healthier for the consumer, respectful of the environment, adapted to all occasions, for all budgets.

The desire to make wine consumption accessible and relaxed, like a “craft beer”, as well as the undeniable ecological notion that is the can, pushed us to go beyond the norms imposed by the French tradition around wine.

This desire to create, to innovate, to share gave birth to this beautiful project.

REINTRODUCE WINE IN A REGULAR BUT MODERATE USE

We don’t want to replace the bottle of wine, we want to reintroduce wine consumption in a more regular but moderate manner. We want to take back the place that beer has nibbled away from wine consumption.

Wine can be enjoyed on a variety of occasions, whether at home, in the evening after a day’s work or in unusual places, and always in moderation.

The worry of wasting, or drinking by force the undrunk part of the wine in a newly opened bottle, disappears.
